Parties

Each deal is an agreement between the buyer, the seller and Escrows Click as escrow agent.

Funds paid by the buyer are held for the deal and are not released until the conditions are met.

Funds are released when the buyer accepts delivery, when the protection period ends without a dispute, or by a dispute decision.

Both parties agree to provide truthful evidence and accept the dispute process.
