Refund and cancellation rules
A deal can be cancelled free of charge before it is funded. If a funded deal is cancelled by mutual agreement before delivery, the buyer is refunded minus any non-recoverable processing costs. Outcomes of disputes follow the dispute process and our Refund Policy.
Example
For a $1,000.00 deal with a 3% fee, the escrow fee is $30.00. If split, each party pays $15.00.
