Yes. Escrows Click charges a flat 2% escrow fee on every deal. The buyer pays the deal price plus 2%; the seller receives the full deal price; the 2% is retained by us to cover admin, verification, and mediation. The fee is non-refundable, including on cancellations or refunds before delivery.
