Before delivery
Either party can request cancellation before the seller delivers. The buyer is refunded the held amount, minus any non-refundable processing fee disclosed at the start of the trade.
After delivery
Cancellation is only possible if the item is not as described and our dispute process rules in the buyer's favor.
Seller no-show
If the seller fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe, the buyer is refunded in full.
Fees
Escrow fees are non-refundable once a trade is funded, except as required by law.
