By initiating a trade through Escrows Click on Telegram or this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
Escrows Click is a manual escrow facilitator for digital goods. We hold buyer funds and release them only upon buyer confirmation or following our dispute resolution process.
2. User obligations
- Provide accurate trade details (item, price, counterparty contact).
- Comply with the agreed inspection period and respond to agent requests.
- Submit honest evidence in any dispute.
3. Prohibited items
- Illegal goods or services of any kind.
- Tangible/physical goods.
- Items violating third-party Terms of Service where prohibited by law.
4. Fees
Escrows Click charges a flat 2% escrow fee on the total deal amount. The buyer pays the deal price plus the 2% fee; the seller receives the deal price; the 2% is retained by Escrows Click as a service fee. The fee is non-refundable in all cases — including cancellations and refunds before delivery — because it covers admin, verification, and mediation costs. Any additional or custom fees are quoted in chat before the trade is funded.
5. Liability
Escrows Click's liability is limited to the funds held in escrow for the relevant trade. We are not responsible for the quality or legality of any underlying digital item beyond the verification we explicitly perform.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of escrows.click, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
